On October 1, 2023, Nextaff Co., Ltd. and Howdy Japanese Language School signed a partnership agreement to secure employment opportunities for international students after graduation and to enhance their motivation toward both academic achievement and future employment.

Starting in spring 2024, Howdy Japanese Language School will establish a new Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 employment course. This course is designed to support international students who aim to work in Japan. Nextaff will provide job placement opportunities for graduates of this program.

Nextaff will actively accept and introduce talented individuals, including but not limited to Vietnamese nationals, regardless of their country of origin. The company is committed to helping businesses facing labor shortages by matching them with highly capable human resources.
