What is
NEXTAFF?

Since 2019, NEXTAFF has been focusing on introducing foreign workers under the "Specified Skilled Worker" residency status. To date, we have successfully introduced over 150 foreign personnel to companies facing labor shortages.

As Japan continues to face an aging population and declining birthrate, it is becoming increasingly difficult to address labor shortages with Japanese workers alone.

Many companies are considering hiring foreign workers but find the hiring process challenging and have yet to successfully recruit.

At NEXTAFF, we prioritize thorough explanations and careful consultations. We strive to offer optimal proposals tailored to each company’s needs, aiming to contribute to alleviating Japan’s labor shortage.

Toward
2030

Japan is currently facing an unprecedented labor shortage.
It is estimated that by 2030, the labor shortage will reach approximately 6.5 million workers.

To address this shortage, the following measures must be developed:

  2. 02Increase the number of working seniors
  3. 03Increase the number of foreign workers
  4. 04Improve productivity
